Sid: The healing anointing is so strong in this studio right now we don’t even have to say words. My guest is Charles Ndifon he’s from Nigeria; his U.S. office is in Johnstown, Rhode Island, which I’m speaking to him by way of telephone. Backs are being healed right now. I’m reminded of a man in Africa that heard the famous American evangelist T.L. Osborn say “God has sent me here to show you in Africa that miracles are still taking place.” The Spirit of God whispered to Charles “I need you to come to the United States of America to tell the Americans that miracles are still taking place.” Charles you told me that you’ve been to so many areas in the United States, let’s start out with what happened when you came to Connecticut.
Charles: It was amazing. It was supposed to be a 3 day of miracles, and it turned out to be 6 months of miracles. It was quite fascinating; that was back in 1997. The pastors had heard about some of the miracles happening in different parts of Pennsylvania and New York. So they organized a 3 day meeting, and the 3 day meeting turned out to be 6 months of 3 meetings a day. What happened was about 4,500 people with documented healings in those 6 months that were there…
Sid: For Connecticut to have 4,500 documented healings, that’s a miracle! (Laughing)
Charles: Let me tell you how that happened. What happened was we set on a Friday evening they had never seen miracles in that church. In fact, they had just been to Honduras, and they wanted to help the people in Honduras but they realized that the people were dying and getting sick and all kinds of things going on, and they had no answer for it. When they heard about me and God began to speak to the pastor’s heart. I said “This is what you need, this is what you need to know the power of God that can heal the people of Honduras.” So we had the meetings for 3 days; on the third day in the morning the pastors daughter she had macular degeneration and she was going blind. As I began leading worship instantly her eyes opened perfectly and she screamed. At first the people didn’t understand what happened. She screamed “I can see! I can see!” Now they knew her case very well. The first 2 nights we were there the miracles were so amazing that this little church in Connecticut, in Norwich, Connecticut, people came from around the surrounding areas carrying their sick there. Miracles after miracles happened. All of a sudden, on Sunday morning the Lord had spoken to me. He said “Tell them, just tell them that I will do anything if I give them the opportunity to do it.” So I didn’t tell the pastors well “Listen God is saying let’s continue the meetings.” So they came to me after the Sunday service and said “We feel by the Lord can you extend the meetings?” I told them the Lord spoke the same thing to me. What happened there was a nice Jewish gentleman called Steve Bryer. This gentleman was, he had a nickname called “Stu.” They had this radio program in Connecticut, and the gentleman heard from the people that were healed. They called to the radio station and said “We were healed in this miracle meeting.” The gentleman said “I don’t believe you.” Then he threw a challenge, he said “Tomorrow I’m gonna take phone calls for 15 minutes from those that go to this “Faith Healer” and see what happens. That’s what he said, this was on a Monday morning. He had gotten the phone call that Monday morning and he threw the challenge. So people came, and he had a listenership of about a quarter of a million people in the New England area. So people came to those meetings; the next day it was supposed 15 minute report on the healing thing, he calls it. What happened was it ran for 3 hours straight. The miracles, there were people calling and calling, I had no idea what was going on. The next meeting we had hundreds of people from all over New England coming there. Before we realized it we were going to 2 meetings a day, morning and evening. So by the second week, at the end of the second week we’re going to 3 services morning, afternoon and evening. Each service hundreds came. All of a sudden we had people bringing in ambulances, they’d come in the ambulance and they’d leave totally healed. The doctors began to send their patients; I mean things just snowballed from one thing to another. So we cancelled all the other campaigns we had planned, and stayed in Connecticut. Some of the amazing things that happened in Connecticut, one of it was, people had been looking, this church is not out in the main place you have to look for this church to find it. It was out in the middle of nowhere. So people are driving around looking for this church, and they pass on the street where the church is it’s called “Lola Lane.” Their passing that street and they called “We cannot find the office, but we’re healed.” Their driving by the place, this is back in ’97, and some of the testimonies we had was absolutely amazing. People that were blind, that were crippled, I mean some of them even took some clothing from the meetings and placed it on their dogs and their cats, and they were healed. I mean the power of God was being unleashed everywhere. So what happened was people began to come from around the different parts of the United States. The pastor began to write a journal and sending it to a friend of his called Wayne Anderson in Seattle. He began to send some reports, and when Anderson had a network of people he began to send his reports, and people began to come there. One of the group of people that came to Connecticut were a group of people from Canada, Victoria, Canada from a church called Trinity Christian Center. They had flown in to see these miracles. Now there story is they had come there because they carried a lady that was given a few days to live, she had cancer. The cancer had eaten every part of her body and they were waiting for her to die. The pastor told me when they came he said “When we came here I had just buried 4 people in my church, and I said ‘I didn’t become a pastor to bury people, I became a pastor to give life to them, but I had no answers to that.’ So we heard about the miracles and we said ‘Let’s come and see.’” When they came in there I didn’t know who they were the first day they came, they actually came in the morning service. They had flown in all night and rested in the hotel, and they were there in the morning service. The lady just walked in and when I looked at her, she just walked in I said “Your cancer has just been healed.” That’s all I said to her. She just walked in, we didn’t have music, nothing it was just a simple people just come in there hope and respect, I just minister to them. I said “Your cancer has just been healed,” and she fell under the power of God and began to weep. She said “How did you know I was in my last stages?” I said “Listen (snapping of fingers) you’re not in your last stages you’re healed.” The doctors were amazed when went back to Canada. For 4 days learning about healing, and when they were about to leave some of the people that came; I don’t know whether you know of the name Bob Brassei?
Sid: No I do not.
Charles: Okay, he has a wonderful healing ministry now, but he was one of the pastors that came. When he came he was talking a transference of anointing, and I told him listen “This is what happens drink of the same spirit you walk in the same anointing.”
Sid: I feel that just as we’re talking to you right now I am drinking of that Spirit, I can just feel it it’s wonderful.
Charles: I know same things gonna happen to those that are listening to this program. People that are listening I want to see the power of God flow through them I know as they are listening to this something is being released into the Spirit it’s released to them right now, it’s being released to them. So this gentleman when he came there I said “Come on follow me this is how it’s done.” We went down and began to minister to the people and miracles are happening. The ladies name is called June Hunter, in fact in the book “The God of Miracles” it’s has some pictures of her June Hunter. She goes back to Canada goes to the doctors they could find nothing wrong with her. They have to keep her for 5 weeks to observe her because she was indeed a miracle to the Canadian government for 5 weeks.
Sid: Is it true, I mean I hate to interrupt you, but I have never heard of people in a healing meeting that take their cell phones and call their friends that are sick, and they get healed over the telephone.
Charles: It’s so much fun (Laughing). It’s amazing what’s happening. If God can heal over the radio what’s the difference, same God can heal over the telephone.
Sid: Tell me a little bit about this DVD adventures in miracles. I’ve never seen so many documented miracles, it’s an hour’s worth of miracles that you have. Tell me one quick miracle that you have that’s on this DVD.
Charles: It’s amazing some of the miracles are so outstanding that you cannot really, except you watch the video, then you really experience it. Things you cannot explain to people you have to show it to them people for them to experience it. One of them was a lady that came but carried by her husband. She was dying, in fact, when she came to the hall, the sports arena, the organizers of the meetings told us “We turned them away because we did not want the woman to die that night in that meeting, if she wanted to die she can die at home.” Because they did not believe her case could be possible. Now I did not know that this had happened; the lady later on was found that she had not eaten for 4 weeks. She was basically, they had given her 4 weeks ago and they thought she was going to be dead any day, but somehow by the mercy of God she survived for 4 weeks. So the husband in desperation he had brought her in like a food cart or something like that, where you can put produce to take to the market. So what happened was, he had carried her into the meeting but they took her out. He had to sneak in with her, put her on his shoulders covered her with some clothing came and laid her in the front so that the people wouldn’t know it’s the same person. They had so many sick people they were laying all over the place. When I walked in and began to worship the presence of the Lord was so rich in that place, and I started pointing to people and I said “What’s wrong with you?” First of all a young man that had been crippled for 10 years got up and began to walk and was totally healed. Then I pointed to that lady and I said “What’s the problem?” They told us that the lady that told the story about the lady. I said “Lady do you want to be healed?” She could not even speak, but the husband raised his hand and said “She wants to be healed.” I said “Get up and walk!” and they lifted her up instantly she stood up and began to walk. You could see at first this lady was almost dead when she came. In about 3 – 4 minutes in the video, you see that in the video, she begins to get some more strength and walks around by herself. In a short time, it seems like the spirit of death was broken from her.
